PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy governs the processing of personal data and the use of cookies on the website https://fitfoodestonia.ee (hereinafter the “Website”) operated by Fitfood Estonia OÜ (hereinafter “Fitfood”).

DEFINITIONS
The processing of personal data refers to any activity performed with the personal data of a website user (hereinafter “user”)—including the collection, processing, storage, correction, or deletion of such data.

Users are all individuals who visit the Website, use the services, or provide information to Fitfood. Examples include reading articles, ordering services, or contacting Fitfood via email.

Services refer to all free and paid products and services offered by Fitfood.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
By using the website, the user consents to the processing of their data in accordance with these privacy terms.

Fitfood collects the following personal data from users through the website in the ways described below:

the user’s email address—when the user subscribes to the mailing list or sends an email;
the user’s name and email address – when the user submits an inquiry;
website traffic statistics – using Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel.
USE OF PERSONAL DATA
Fitfood uses personal data:

to provide services to the user, such as entering into and fulfilling a contract, communicating with the user, and sending invoices;
to send notifications to the user’s email address about new articles, services, and campaigns, but only with the user’s prior consent.
Fitfood uses website traffic statistics to improve the user experience and to market more effectively.

DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES
A third party is a Fitfood contractual partner that processes personal data and through whose product or service Fitfood provides services to the user.

Fitfood may use third parties in its day-to-day operations to provide:

an email delivery and management system,
website hosting,
analysis of website usage statistics,
social media management and analysis of social media statistics,
accounting software.
In addition to the third parties mentioned in the previous section, Fitfood shares users’ personal data with its business partners. This is done only to the extent necessary to provide the service to the user.

The data processor transfers the personal data necessary for processing payments to the authorized processor, Maksekeskus AS.

RETENTION AND SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA
Fitfood retains personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected or as required by law. For example, accounting data is retained for 7 years after the end of the fiscal year, while email addresses on the mailing list are retained until the user requests to be removed from it.

Fitfood implements all reasonable measures to protect the personal data it processes. Access to modify and process personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only, and all users’ personal data is treated as confidential information.

USER RIGHTS
The user has the right at any time to:

request access to their own data;
request the correction, supplementation, or deletion of personal data under the conditions prescribed by law;
request the restriction of the processing of their personal data;
request the transfer of their personal data.
To exercise these rights, the user must send a request to that effect to the email address info@fitfoodestonia.ee.

If the user is on Fitfood’s mailing list, they can unsubscribe from the list and opt out of future emails by clicking the link at the bottom of the email.

To restrict the use of cookies, the user can adjust the relevant settings in their web browser.

If a user believes that their rights regarding the processing of personal data have been violated, they have the right to contact the Data Protection Inspectorate.

The Fitfood website uses cookies to ensure a better user experience, enable more effective marketing, and collect usage statistics.
