Terms of Use
By placing an order on the website www.fitfoodestonia.ee, the person placing the order (hereinafter: the User) confirms that they have read the terms of this User Agreement (hereinafter: the Terms of Use), agrees to the Terms of Use, and undertakes to comply with the Terms of Use as set forth below.
General Terms of Service
These Terms of Use govern the relationship between Fitfood Estonia OÜ (hereinafter: Service Provider) and Users regarding the use of the services/goods offered on the website www.fitfoodestonia.ee (hereinafter: Order).
On the website www.fitfoodestonia.ee, the Service Provider offers Users the opportunity to order a meal package with a specific calorie count within Tallinn and its immediate vicinity, with delivery to an address convenient for the User and accepted by the Service Provider.
Using the website www.fitfoodestonia.ee does not entail any fees for the User other than those for the ordered goods and shipping.
Placing an Order
To place an order and browse the product selection, go to the “Store” subpage
1. Find a suitable product in the product selection and click on it to view additional information.
2. Once you have found a suitable product, enter the desired quantity in the field and click the “Add to Cart” button
3. After adding products to your cart, the “Shopping Cart” will open in the right-hand sidebar, displaying the name, quantity, and price of the items added to your cart.
4. You can then proceed to checkout by clicking the “Checkout” button.
5. Fill in the contact information fields marked with a red asterisk (*) so we know where to send your package.
6. Select a suitable payment method, review the “Terms and Conditions,” and then check the box next to “I have read and agree to the website’s Terms and Conditions.”
7. Click the “Place Order” button and pay for the products.
8. You will receive an email with your order details and an invoice for the paid items.
On the “Shopping Cart” and “Proceed to Checkout” pages, you can modify the contents of your shopping cart if desired. Once the order has been confirmed, you can no longer change the contents of your shopping cart, and the selected services/products will be removed from the cart. If you cancel the order after submitting it, you will need to select the services/products again. Once the order and contact information have been filled out correctly, you can proceed to payment.
In the online store, you can pay for your order through the online store’s Payment Center, which supports Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, and Coop. After paying for the order (making a bank transfer), you must exit the online banking page by clicking the “Back to Merchant” button. An order confirmation will then be displayed on the screen. The buyer pays the full purchase price of the order and the delivery fee in advance. Payments are accepted in euros. An invoice for the service will be sent to your email address after the order is confirmed.
Service Provider’s Rights, Obligations, and Liability
Delivery times may be extended due to circumstances beyond the Service Provider’s control (unexpected traffic jams, traffic accidents, traffic diversions, severe weather conditions, etc.).
The Service Provider reserves the right at any time, without providing a reason, to suspend or terminate the provision of its Service to all Users, while fulfilling any outstanding orders for Users.
The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse service to debtors and problematic customers. Any related financial transactions (refunds of prepayments, etc.) will be processed within 10 business days.
The Service Provider has the right to change the prices of the Services—these changes will take effect as soon as they are posted in the price table on the website. Price changes do not apply to Orders that are already in effect.
Payment
Orders can be paid for by placing the Order on the website through the customer portal or by bank transfer based on an invoice issued by the Service Provider.
Payments via the bank link are processed by Maksekeskus AS.
The service will be activated after payment for the Order is received or after the invoice is paid.
Payment is made in euros. All prices are shown in euros and include VAT.
Delivery Terms
The fitfoodestonia.ee service can be ordered for addresses in Tallinn and the surrounding area.
The order will be delivered by the Service Provider’s transport between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
Delivery times may be extended due to circumstances beyond the Service Provider’s control.
The User is required to verify the accuracy of the contact information provided before placing an Order to avoid delays and misunderstandings during delivery.
The Service Provider is not liable for delays or misunderstandings arising during the delivery of the Order if the delay or misunderstanding is due to inaccuracy or incorrectness of the information provided by the User when placing the Order.
Amendments to the Terms of Use
The Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally amend and supplement the Terms of Use at any time in light of developments in the web portal and services, and in the interest of ensuring their better and more secure use.
The User confirms that they agree to any changes and additions to the Terms of Use once such changes or additions take effect.
Right of Withdrawal
Returns are not accepted.
Procedure for Filing Claims

The complaint must include:
1) The customer’s name and contact information;
2) The date the complaint was filed;
3) The defect in the goods;
4) The circumstances
Final Provisions
The legal relationships between the User and the Service Provider arising from the use of the web portal are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
The Terms of Use are effective upon the User’s acceptance thereof and remain in effect for the duration of the legal relationship between the User and the Service Provider as governed by the Terms of Use. The User has the right to terminate the legal relationships governed by these Terms of Use at any time, provided that the User first fulfills all applicable obligations owed to the Service Provider.
