A personalized 7-day meal plan with macronutrient calculations tailored to your goal (weight maintenance, weight gain, or weight loss). When creating the meal plan, we take your food preferences and intolerances into account. The meal plan is varied and meets your vitamin and mineral needs. After payment, a questionnaire will be sent to your email address, which you’ll need to fill out: personal measurements, food preferences, and your dietary goal.
